7 Saturdays Hill Climb

In and of themselves, Computrainers are quite boring things to sit on for hours training on a bicycle.  So how do you inspire people to eagerly - and constantly - attend classes all through out the winter months at Cycle Life Studio?

Give them all a collective goal to achieve.

With some re-branding of a series of video hill climbs, people signed up for classes in droves. Each week folks were eager to "conquer" the next climb. Each ride became as much a workout as a social event to attend that no-one wanted to miss out on.

To add to the vibe, we copied the Tour de France and put every riders name on the ground - just like they paint the riders names on the pavement at the Tour. We also created commemorative posters for each series that people could earn by participating.  For the final series, we even put the names of ever single participant in the artwork for the final poster. And it all worked beyond belief - classes sold out (with waitlists of 2 to 10 people!) every 90-minutes.  From 7am through 2pm each & every Saturday throughout the winter, CycleLife Studio was THE place to be if you were a cyclist.
